You may pay using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, a Debit Card and eChecks. The online payment vendor, not GOLDCOAST SOTHEBY’S INTERNATIONAL REALTY, charges a fee for their services which they add to your payment. GOLDCOAST SOTHEBY’S INTERNATIONAL REALTY receives no compensation. These payment options are for your convenience. However, you can still pay by personal check and mail the signed lease & check to us. The payment method you use is totally your choice.

2. Payments via PayLease Portal are accepted up to five business days prior to your check-in date.

3. PayLease Portal does not reflect the amount due on your rental. Please refer to your lease for the rental payment amount due.

4. A Fully Executed Lease is required to secure your rental not merely PayLease payment confirmation.

5. If you already have an account to login to PayLease.com, but rented through another brokerage, contact us prior to making a payment!
